Welcome to the NewAging Movement
How to stay young while growing, older

Angelena, Yoga Instructor
It is my intention to share helpful information about yoga, wellness and aging, and to familiarize you with the tools of how to slow down the aging process.

As a professional level Kripalu Yoga instructor, currently I teach beginning and more advanced students Slow  Flow Yoga, Yin/Yang Yoga, and Chair Yoga, in several locations... the Greater Boston area, Newburyport and Plum Island Beach, Massachusetts and Sarasota, Florida.
I also lead Winter Adventure/Retreats to Negril, Jamaica.
Special programs such as "Clearing the Chakras Through Yoga", "Mindful Yoga for The Back” and “How to Age Gracefully and Healthfully” are presented upon request.

My Thoughts on Aging
In past generations there have been too few healthy role models to emulate. After a certain age our parents or grandparents simply gave up and gave in to the inevitability of being old, and all that the concept implied.

Our generation is forging new and exciting aging territory. There is bountiful, crucial information available to each of us about how we may live a healthy, long and abundant life. There are many tools we can access to improve our body and mind and the quality of our life...including the practice of yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques.

It is The Stress that may very well be the number one destroyer of our lives. But, we may have the choice of wellness over illness, growth instead of stagnation, hopefulness to replace lethargy. Now is the time to take full responsibility for ourselves, knowing no one else is better suited for this important job of keeping our selves healthy, vital, alive.
